Cool In the Head, Warm In the Heart...

There are several types of people in this world when it comes to working; be it in doing projects or organising an event or leading (not bossing nor dictactoring).

type 1:
hot in the head, cool in the heart

This is the worse type of people according to Quen's classification. Having a wicked and ill will and even with such a hot temper. Can't think well with a boiling brain cells and has a heart pumping cold blood all over the body. There's no point winning over an arguement or anything with errupted ego and gushing pride as it is the root of all sins. talking and argueing won't do the job, but rational thinking and commitment does.

type 2:
cool in the head, cool in the heart

Second worse type of all scums. Maybe being a brilliant thinker or genius is a gift, but the package certainly does not comes with an cold-blood-pumping-organ. Hearts are suppose to be warm. Biologist tells us the heart will be jammed if its cold. Cofin maker says he'll be a little more rich when there's more of those cases. Teacher told me that cool-blooded type can live properly on both land and water, as they have 'double-characteristics'. Can wear oxygen mask in water and opera mask on land.

type 3:
hot in the head, hot in the heart

It's always good to have a warm heart, as they have feelings for others and know how to care for people around them with the right method and reason. But if getting things done with emotion rather than calmness, reasoning can't come to you and things won't get done the way it should be rationally worked out. Emotions to overcome rational is definately a disaster. It's not 'as I like' , but 'as I must'. A lot of people are caught in this.

type 4:
cool in the head, hot in the heart

The best way is to have a cool brain thinking of all good stuffs and creativity plus, a motivated positive intention to get things done properly. You gotta have commitment, the will to do things and to have calmness, a cool brain with ideas and logics. Act like Sherlock Holmes, they say!
